The Certainty Principle

April 3, 2018

Between God and Me there is no 'Between'.
~ Meister Eckhart (c. 1260-1327)

In 1927, the German physicist Werner Heisenberg, postulated the uncertainty principle. It says, that the momentum and position of a particle cannot both be precisely determined at the same time. We can either know where a particle is located, or we can know at what speed it is traveling.

However, there is a certainty in me, that I know where I am, and that I know where I am heading.

There is a certainty in me. A certainty that there is only one power, one presence, one mind. One mind that expresses the one verse, the uni-verse, in, as and through itself. A certainty, that I am in it so deeply, so magnificently and in such a wonder-filled and palpable way, that there is no ‘between’ me and the Divine. I am in awe about the journey, in awe about the current step, and in awe about the move into uncharted territory; and although I am taking the next step I know this Truth: God is there already!

There is only one certainty needed and that certainty is, that God is all that there is! I know where I am. I am in the present moment. And I cherish, that it took all of my personal history, the journey of all of my ancestors and the lives lived of all of their ancestors and the people that came before them just to get me where I am. I am the present moment. And this moment creates ripples in space-time that opens up a window for the next step to occur. A step I am taking with ease and grace and love. Because I am here I know, and because I take a step I move. Where ever I go, God is there already!

The certainty principle fulfilled.

Affirmation:
Today I am stepping from the uncertain into the certain. Nothing is holding me back! God and I are One.
