You Are The Gift

You are the gift through which Spirit expresses itself. You are unique and special and your vibrational imprint on this planet has never existed before in time and will never be exactly the same in the future. You are precious and you are the present of this present moment!

However, we go through many moments, when our mind is on auto pilot, and where we tend to focus on the mundane of objects, situations, circumstances, feelings, emotions, thoughts and all the things that when we mistakenly identify our true and infinite Self with them, will keep us small, limited, exhausted and an imprisoned and a minuscule version of that which is our full potential.

Right here and now take a big breath and ascend to be the witness your true Self. A vibratory field that has no beginning and no end and an expansiveness where there is a vast sense of freedom, a sense of liberation, of release, and a sense of infinite depth. Equanimity is your nature without grasping or trying to hold on to any idea or concept.

Here you have thoughts, but you are not those thoughts. You have an experience, but you are not the experience and you have feelings and emotions, but you are not these feelings and emotions.

Your true Self is radical freedom, pure emptiness, a vast open space. You are that, which is ever present, inclusive, and all embracing. Everything we mistakenly identified ourselves with can fall away with ease and grace and we can allow ourselves to observe the pure unbound awareness that we are.

Your energetic imprint is eternal! You danced your vibrational dance long before the universe was born and long before before time and space existed. You are the gift through which Spirit expresses Itself right now!

Today I dance and I let myself fall into the arms of Spirit. My love for God and God’s love for me are One. Everything is possible!
